Speed can be controlled accurately by the vector drive system.
The dynamic torque control system keep constant tension without any additional brake system.
Can choose one of two systems of motor, as reducer motor or direct motor following customer’s inquiry.

SAFETY DEVICE FOR OPERATOR
Have three devices for operator’s safety perfectly
- Safety pin to protect explosion of vessel.
- Program auto locking at high temperature ( over 80C°)
- Drain device of pressure before open vessel.
- It save cooling time, too.

FEATURES
TENSIONLESS SYSTEM
Can make constant tension and speed during rotation of fabric by controlling of speed and torque simultaneously. Can get excellent quality of fabrics from tensionless system like spandex blended fabrics and very light fabric, micro fabric and so on.
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
It can set standardization of dyeing process by full automatic operation. Can reject the mistake of manual operation at processing.
COMFORTABLE MAINTENANCE
Most of system consist of full automatic system and strong frame to protect vibration. Control all of things by electric way without physical brake. It can make easy operation and maintenance.
AUTOMATIC SELVEDGE CONTROL SYSTEM
Have three functions as
- Protect listing of fabric through oscillating roll.
- Control moving of selvedge by electric joy stick with wanted scale, not by bar with sense.
- Exactly arrange the selvedge of fabric roll automatically with guide device.
